Our loganberries are going crazy in the garden! This year looks like a record harvest. Loganberries were originally created in Santa Cruz in 1883 by James Harvey Logan. He inadvertently planted a cross of two varieties of black berries next to an heirloom raspberry patch. The two berries cross bred and the loganberry was born.
